Yet, they don’t want to face their problems; they don’t want to deal with the emotions. They know that facing their feelings is going to feel really bad. Many people don’t want to face those bad feelings, and they don’t want to do the work. They don’t want to look at their baggage or their unhealthy patterns in relationships. Remember that you have to feel bad before you feel better.”
